The owner is very rude and negative. He seems like he doesn't enjoy his job. Lots of whining about employees, customers etc. Doesn't seem like a positive first impression. If he's not happy, will he really do a good job for me?? I'll take my money somewhere that is appreciated.
I have worked with Dennis, the owner of Carmel Glass Company, for a little over 2 years. Every time I have needed replacement glass, a new shower door or had to fix a broken glass table top he really listens to me and helps me get what I need. Dennis is kind of an "old school" craftman. You just know he knows what he is doing and everything is going to fit and/or work out right.
