I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Presley and her amazing team! I had an unexpected tooth fracture, and they were able to get me in right away. Everyone (Dr. Presley, Amy, Holly, and Sandra) was so kind, caring, and professional. Dr. Presley takes her time, explains everything clearly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I had a great experience at this dental office. The hygienist Daionna was excellent—very knowledgeable, thorough, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Presley was also great and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality dental care.
Excellent dental clinic, ultra clean, state of the art equipment, incredible staff who eased my nervousness. Sandra did an excellent job with scheduling and getting me into the office quickly. Dr. Presley is super nice and made me feel relaxed being in her dental chair. Lori took me straight to the back and she's patient and thoroughly explained everything she was going to do. You will NOT be disappointed. Great staff and very diverse.
Omg....my first visit to Carmel Dental Care was the best dental appointment I've ever had. Daioanna and Dr. Presley were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very thorough exam and was educated thru the process. I had an issue with a molar and they were able to get me in even being a new client. Everything about my experience here was positive! The receptionist was super friendly, patient, and helpful. The hygienist was so thorough and took time to answer my questions and put me at ease. The doctor was also wonderful and helped explain things to me that no dentist of mine had ever taken the time to do. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
