Excellent dental clinic, ultra clean, state of the art equipment, incredible staff who eased my nervousness. Sandra did an excellent job with scheduling and getting me into the office quickly. Dr. Presley is super nice and made me feel relaxed being in her dental chair. Lori took me straight to the back and she's patient and thoroughly explained everything she was going to do. You will NOT be disappointed. Great staff and very diverse.
Everything about my experience here was positive! The receptionist was super friendly, patient, and helpful. The hygienist was so thorough and took time to answer my questions and put me at ease. The doctor was also wonderful and helped explain things to me that no dentist of mine had ever taken the time to do. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist!
Omg....my first visit to Carmel Dental Care was the best dental appointment I've ever had. Daioanna and Dr. Presley were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a very thorough exam and was educated thru the process. I had an issue with a molar and they were able to get me in even being a new client. When I walked in, both ladies at the desk greeted me with a smile and "Good morning." The office is very clean and has lots of fun details and decor. They even have an Adult Treasure chest. Wow!!!!. This was my first visit at the office, and it was wonderful! Every single person on the staff is so welcoming, kind, and informative. My cleaning was painless, and I really appreciated the time they took to explain what I could be doing better.
I must say, a great experience. For someone who hates going to the dentist. I felt safe with them, from the front desk personnel to the actual Dr. who is also a fellow veteran. Can’t say enough nice things about this group of ladies. Kudos! See you soon
