This place used to be great and the place to go to for bikes, accessories, tune ups, etc. I’m not sure if there’s been an ownership change or just employee turnover, but the folks here have been downright rude. My wife placed an order for a part a month ago, followed up recently and said they have no record of the order. The employee groaned when asked if he could look into it a bit. We stopped by to find a bike rack that could fit our fat tire ebikes for a planned trip to Florida. Carmel Cyclery found the perfect rack for our bikes! They are so knowledgeable about bikes and equipment. Why would you go anywhere else?!!!!!
