I bought a condo here. It is a nice neighborhood and very quiet. Location is the best
I recently signed a lease at Carmel chase. I was all set to move in and everything looked great and was very promising. Until they realized I have a COMPANY VEHICLE, vehicles with logos on it apparently break the HOA rules. The HOA handbook has absolutely ZERO reference to this and they seem to just not care.
