We’ve been going here for a long time, but the quality has steadily declined the past 6-8 months. The outer lane is regularly broken down, a lot of times multiple brushes and spray heads aren’t working, the outer row of vacuums are regularly not working or barely working. The landscaping, weed eating and edging isn’t being maintained anymore. They barely spray any soap on the front as you pull in also. THEY TREATED ME LIKE A CRIMINAL TODAY! I’ve been coming to this specific car wash biweekly for a year now. My routine is clean the inside of my car, then go through the car wash! Never been a problem! Today, they decided to cut off the vacuum in the middle of me cleaning. I go find a staff member, let them know the vacuum cut off (thinking it must’ve been an electrical issue) they said “we know…. Didn't dry my car very well and they don't have compressed air to blow out the water.
I’ve been coming here for many years getting full service car washes for all my vehicles. They’ve just raised their price for a full service car wash to $45. They’ve just priced themselves out of the market. There are many other better and less expensive options nearby don’t waste your money or your time coming here.
