Terrible Customer Service, Will Never Return. I came here for the first time today and the car wash itself was decent. That’s literally the only positive thing I can say. After the wash, every single vacuum spot was taken, so I drove around the lot for a few minutes and finally pulled into a spot that had just opened up. This place used to charge around $35 dollars for full service in-side and outside car wash. Now the price is $45 Which I have been charged before, but today they made up some new rule and charged me $50. Inconsistent pricing and poor customer service. Time to find a new car wash place! Let me know if anyone has recommendations.

Just got a car wash and was told it would take 20–30 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I approached the employee and was told he needed even more time. I explained that I had to leave for work, so he said he would hurry up. When he told me the car was ready, it was still dirty (see pictures). He then said he “couldn’t work under pressure” because I was sitting in the customer chairs outside waiting for my vehicle.
