This place used to charge around $35 dollars for full service in-side and outside car wash. Now the price is $45 Which I have been charged before, but today they made up some new rule and charged me $50. Inconsistent pricing and poor customer service. Time to find a new car wash place! Let me know if anyone has recommendations.

Just got a car wash and was told it would take 20–30 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I approached the employee and was told he needed even more time. I explained that I had to leave for work, so he said he would hurry up. When he told me the car was ready, it was still dirty (see pictures). He then said he “couldn’t work under pressure” because I was sitting in the customer chairs outside waiting for my vehicle. I’ve passed by this car wash many times and finally decided to try it. I went for a basic wash and parked to vacuum, not realizing I was in the wrong area. The first employee saw us and didn’t say anything, so we continued. Toward the end, another employee approached us rudely and told us to move. I explained it was our first time here and we didn’t know. After telling him that, he continued to be rude until he walked away. We ended up leaving even though there were other spots available. Just makes you feel unwanted.
