I have tried this location sooooo many times and I would say at least 70% of the time I have to go back (usually for the same reason). Last time I was there (a few weeks ago) I went for my usual interior detail and specifically asked the younger gentleman if they would clean the trunk of my suv and he said yes they always do. I explained that majority of the time they do not and I wanted to be explicitly clear. He said yes they always clean the back.
