We've recently received a legal settlement to closeout our civil case against Atlanta Design & Build (Cobb County Superior Court Civil Action File 13-1-2866-42). We hired them to build a handicapped-accessible inlaw suite and they did a terrible job -- in fact, we later had to tear out large portions and repair them. The job was finished on time and I feel it was done right. I had a couple of minor concerns after the work was done and they were right there to help resolve them.

From the initial phone call till the Carmel Builders van drove out of our driveway for the final time, it was a great experience. They listened to our needs, improved upon our ideas and gave us a finished project we are pleased with and proud of. The craftspeople are friendly and their work is high quality. Just as important, they were respectful in and around our home while they were a temporary part of our daily routine.
