Carmel's yoga on the beach is a perfect way to start the day. No matter what level you are or how your body is feeling that day, the class will always give you what you didn't know you needed. It's one of my favorite parts of the summer!
Carmel is a gem of the Jersey Shore. For decades, she's been skillfully leading and instructing beautiful yoga practice with an emphasis on 'root to rise'. We're lucky to have her and there's no better venue then on the beach
