We had a deeply disappointing experience with this dealership. Initially, we were assured that a price adjustment would be honored, but once we arrived to finalize the deal, that promise mysteriously vanished. Knowing we drove 2 hours to get that price and then changing it. We did go back 2 hours without that vehicle that has been on their website for 140 plus day. I would caution others to get every promise in writing—and be prepared for it not to matter.
They are very friendly, but I do not recommend buying a car from here without a third party inspection. In fact, they cover themselves by telling you that they recommend getting it inspected. Even if you live two hours away from the dealership as I do, take the extra time and find a mechanic nearby. I bought a 2022 Highlander from them a couple of weeks ago. Mustafa was very helpful and was good to do business with! I liked that they inspected the car before selling and fixed some issues and put brand new tires on it. They had the vehicle I was looking for and I thought the price was fair.
Transparent and no pressure. This was our second purchase from CAG in the last few years, in part because of the way they conduct their business. Mustafa Othman was “the man” and made the experience as easy as possible. One thing I hated most in this world was shopping for a car. Not now. Carmel Auto Gallery will be the first place we go for future vehicles.
