First time buyer here and honestly I was nervous. They explained everything slowly, no pressure at all. Credit isn’t perfect but they still helped me get approved.
Had some doubts at first because the deal sounded too smooth. Turned out everything checked out. Car is great so far.
Not a big fan of this dealership, they sold me a 1 owner 2018 Mazda3 with only 55k miles at time of purchase and when they did an oil change they SEALED the plug and cleaned what seems to be a transmission leak to hide it when I purchased the vehicle. If I new then what I know now I would have NEVER gave them my business! I highly recommend a professional inspection if you plan on even looking at a vehicle from here, although nobody will see this review because these reviews are flooded with “5 star reviews”
I was looking for a Toyota for quite a while. I’m a mechanic myself, so I checked several cars at different places before making a decision. After inspecting a few options, the one I found at Carmel Auto Gallery turned out to be the best in terms of overall condition and quality. Ended up buying it and I’m very happy with the purchase.
