I had the privilege of living at Carmel at Deerfield for 5 years. In that time, we went through 3 different management companies. The current management, Anterra, blew the other two out of the water. They have made fabulous additions to an already cute and quiet property (pool upgrade, exterior paint, hot tub, dog washing station) and a fantastic office staff to boot. My experience here has been great. It is a great place to live. The apartments are nice and everything works. The common areas are kept clean. I also enjoy the peace and quiet. The staff has been very attentive and that is something I appreciate. I'm truly happy to be here.
