They sent a guy Angel to my house who speaks zero english. It's not that he has trouble speaking English. He cannot speak English at all. He had to call someone to translate and she translated it incorrectly so I had no idea what was wrong with my washing machine or what needed to be done to fix it. And they still charged me $70. But when I called in they gave me a refund or they say they did we'll just have to see if it happened. They sub out work and are very expensive. Do not use them. Shady
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Called on a Friday and tech was out the same day. Told the washer pump was broken and that he didn't have the part on him. Would return the next day. No call and no show. Called Monday and they put me on the schedule between 4pm and 6pm. At 6:45pm received a call that they would not make the window and would be there around 8pm. Very rude!!!
They charged me $220 labor for less than 30 minutes of labor on top of a $123 material charge. When I asked for an adjustment the company refused to adjust. Do not use this service.
