Power/electricity went out Memorial Day weekend on several floors. HUGE disappointment, considering the building is not that old. Went out, thought they fixed it...the next day the power went out again. Completely unacceptable for a holiday weekend with guest visiting. Unacceptable and embarrassing for me. Building has been under several different management companies. Use to be a $30-$50 yrly rent increase...now more

Not receiving the security deposit back is too a problem my son is having. I plan to contact the phone number provided. Its been since August 2017. Glad he's not the only one having this issue.
Lived here 7 years and love it. Needs a major update since management in the past let things slide especially with the parking lighting and concrete in the garage. Carpet is way old in the hallways. New owners promising to update soon. The apts were originally built as condos so there is ample style and soundproofing with higher end finishes, even granite Residents are higher end clientel and professionals due to the higher rent costs.
