I don't typically go out of my way to share my experiences as a consumer but these guys blew me away. Pulled out Wednesday AM to leave for work and just a little ways down the street realized I had a flat tire. Pumped in enough air (bicycle tire pump - no fun) to get me to work. Checked the tire a couple hours later to find it flat again. Called in for road service (included with my Toyota lease). Dan came by and was very polite and quick. He was unable to get my locked keys out of my car very fast. He made easy quick conversation while he was working and made me feel comfortable having a stranger come to fix my car. Thanks Dan!
Dan came by and changed my tire when someone at the Metro Transit Center slashed my tire. My car was parked in front of the cameras and the police reviewed it and saw nothing. ..smh, but thank you Dan for your service.

Although Mike was kind when he came to change my VERY FLAT tire by letting me stay in the car with my baby (out of the pouring rain) he changed the wrong tire. And although I showed him the tire that was flat to the ground when I was outside the car, I should have been paying more attention to him and not my baby as he changed a perfectly full tire to my spare.
