I had a very positive experience with this mechanic. I had a problem starting the car and they came to check it with me. Manage to start it, they took time from their busy schedule to make sure everything was fine for my trip. They took good care of us and gave us an amazing customer service as well, we were really treat nicely. I personally recommend this place.
Strongly recommend avoiding this mechanic. Went for a service. Only changed oil filter and oil. Did not tell about major other problems with the car. We did not trust him so went for a second opinion to another mechanic. Turns out we should have been noticed about at least one of the problems with the car. They should have been seen by the mechanic when lifted on a hoist for changing oil and filter. Owner checked if all fluids were filled when we asked him and he assured us they were. One of the worst service u could get in Darwin. Went for repairing window, gave me wrong information (left car for 4 hours) i did not see my car moved or anything checked. Charged me and told me there is no parts. So went to market to check the parts found it went back and this time they said they not free to do my car. Luckily i went to different mechanics and they checked it in 10 mins told me its not parts problem its small wiring problem they fixed it. I got charged for nothing. Recommend no one to go there.
Don't go here! the owner is a weird man who doesn't walk his talk! well, he has enough talk, for example he says that if he is not present his staff does not work. If you point out to him what is not good enough, he becomes aggressive. he is a scammer don't spend your money on him!
