I usually never write reviews but I just wanted to say that Joe at the service center was very helpful in taking the time to help me with my Mazda cx-5 yesterday, I truly appreciated it and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I really appreciated the great customer service :)
I was going to leave a detailed review but after reading the other reviews the information is all there. I will file a complaint with the BBB but honestly... Lying and wasting people's time is unacceptable. High pressure selling people to buy your warranty to then proceed later as though the warranty doesn't mean anything is "snakey". 0/10 do not recommend to purchase a car/ the warranty , or even get service here.
