I was going to leave a detailed review but after reading the other reviews the information is all there. I will file a complaint with the BBB but honestly... Lying and wasting people's time is unacceptable. High pressure selling people to buy your warranty to then proceed later as though the warranty doesn't mean anything is "snakey". 0/10 do not recommend to purchase a car/ the warranty , or even get service here.
Satisfactory in-person customer service. I appreciated the regular updates via phone about the estimated completion of work done.
