This place is the worst carmax auctions location out of all in the united states to start off the parking lot you cant even walk you would need some boots for sure. Their arbitration team took over a week to diagnose a overheated vehicle saying it was just the radiator cap then they said it wasnt the radiator cap and guessed it was a bad water pump i insisted the truck had blown head gaskets took it to my shop my mechanic told me it had a brand new water pump i even tried changing radiator and it was still overheating! As someone who buys cars from them all the time this review is long over due, whoever is in charge of title department needs to get FIRED or retrained! How do they even hire these people? Do they do a title training before they put them in charge? Why does every single Texas title come with a reassignment? Why!!??? And why is the reassignment not filled in correctly?
If you love your truck and don’t like to waste your time , don’t come here this place is a hot mess . Nasty holes and mud all over the place . This ppl make so much money and can’t even fix their lot just don’t waste your time is trashy . Customer service was good at least .
