Sold a car, did the online process, took pictures before going in. When I got there the process was extremely smooth and I got the exact amount they quoted me (after submitting pictures) without any hassle at all. In and out in 30 min with a check in my hand
They treat customers with disdain. I bought a car, but the next day the gasket blew, white smoke came out, and they wouldn't take the car back. They simply wouldn't communicate.
