The office hours for the auction are very inconvenient.
Hate to besmirch carmax as i do a lot of business with them, but this particular situation is unacceptable. Purchased a camaro ss from the auction and the minute it was delivered to our lot we noticed that this unit had no 1st gear and no reverse, immediately opened the arbitration just to find out we are few days late and it was rejected. My issue is how does a company with many certified mechanics on cite checking units before buying or selling them miss such issues where its axiomatic?
