Tristen went above and beyond at Carmax to help us purchase our 2023 Tesla Model3. After spending over an hour next door at Tesla looking at used and new tesla we ended up checking out carmax as a last ditch effort to hopefully find the tesla we wanted. The customer service, hospitality and non forceful sales pressure from him mad the entire experience enjoyable for us. For all transporters in the car carrier industry! Stay away from this location... absolute nightmare to even get this facility to answer a call. Last time I called I had to get someone from the Carmax dealership (next-door) to walk over there and get someone to answer the phone.
Being a dealer for over 9 years, bought cars from many auctions, I am glad I came across this carmax auction in Clermont. I’ve been shopping here for a while and am very satisfied with the organization of the staff, office is friendly, manager is good, everything is in order. Accurate announcements, arb dept is good. Lot, parking and bathrooms are clean.
The office hours for the auction are very inconvenient.
