Went yesterday to do an arbitration, got there at 4:30, ran into michael the arbitration manager as he was walking out and he couldn't even stop for a second to speak with us, he didn't even told us if he was coming back or not, so we waited until 5 and he never came back, we had to go back the next day and mind you it's not no 15 min drive it's almost a 3hr drive.
Hands down 👎,worst service I had , I called before so they told me that they close at 7pm for pickup,I arrived 5:40 ,they got closed at 5:30pm ,a worker leaving the facility told they open at 7:30am for pickup and once again pure lies ,they open at 9:00am
Went there for work. Friendly staff.
Was picking up some cars for AutoDealer . Everyone there was very polite,& super helpful. Great Team
