Quick and easy customer service
Worst auto auction experience ever, buyer be aware, they won’t announce anything, and arb rule is horrible, car showed up with check engine light, transmission code unannounced, spider web inside the car. The chances you will get burned at this auction is high. Trying to talk to their arb team is not helpful at all, upper engine noise is not covered, oil leak is not covered etc. if 0 star is an option, I would choose 0 star.
I have been purchasing vehicles from this auction for a long time, but the experience has become frustrating and very unprofessional. The way things are handled now feels completely different than it used to. Each visit theirs different rules that they never follow. The arbitration process is unnecessarily complicated and getting payments handled has become a hassle. It seems like long time customers are no longer a priority.
