Worst auto auction experience ever, buyer be aware, they won’t announce anything, and arb rule is horrible, car showed up with check engine light, transmission code unannounced, spider web inside the car. The chances you will get burned at this auction is high. Trying to talk to their arb team is not helpful at all, upper engine noise is not covered, oil leak is not covered etc. if 0 star is an option, I would choose 0 star.
I have been purchasing vehicles from this auction for a long time, but the experience has become frustrating and very unprofessional. The way things are handled now feels completely different than it used to. Each visit theirs different rules that they never follow. The arbitration process is unnecessarily complicated and getting payments handled has become a hassle. It seems like long time customers are no longer a priority. Been doing business here for years they keep switching up process. They no longer value customers. Arbitrations is Headache. Payment is Headache. Save your time, money and go to another location
This auction used to be great, but ever since the new management took over it’s gone way downhill. The staff is always rude and cranky, and the customer service is terrible. A lot of regular buyers have stopped showing up because it’s just not worth the hassle anymore. There are also constant issues with missing titles and poor organization. Really disappointing to see a once solid auction run so badly now.
