Arbitration department is a mess! Nobody answer phone for 2 weeks even when I was transferred to supervisor still no answer they don’t answer emails! Be careful with arbitration department!!!!

We've been calling this phone number for weeks and then we called the correct phone number that we finally got from the business center in Dallas but we haven't had any luck and now I've been told that I should email them all this is very hard because I've never had any such experience at any other CarMax locations I know they got the move done and a lot of stuff is new but for a company like CarMax to have these situations it just doesn't make sense I went ahead and updated the phone number hopefully it will get approved so... read more
