Scheduled an appointment at a time that wasn't busy, and it took 30 minutes for anyone to be ready for me.
We bought 60 cars here over a year as a dealer wholesale buyer, never have I had to wait for 3 hrs on a 3rd day to get a car , seems to be uneducated staff making mistakes, then others have to fix it. Then 20 min to find keys etc. it’s unacceptable to say the least. Management please train your new staff. We should not pay with our precious time every step of the way.
