Tired calling about selling my car to them. Gave the lady on the phone the details. There was a moment of silence before she hung up. Don't even try doing it online either, you'll be chatting with just bots. Tried to bring my issue to "Kevin" which my complaint was completely ignored. Just tells me it's just another bot.
You have to be with a dealership to view or buy any of these cars. Carmax is a waste of space.
This is the 2nd car I've sold CarMax and have had no problems or price issues. They delivered on price and service. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
The service team is great! Today Richard was helpful and Mike always provides great customer service... while being professional and knowledgeable.
