Everything worked out. Short staffed but took us within reason of our appointment, helpful staff, ended up with a check for the amount of the online offer which was at low end of KBB private sale range but much easier. Whole process took only about an hour.

Worse whole sale dealer in USA. Bad pictures and intentionally mislead dealers to buying low quality vehicles for highest prices and profit to themselves.
