What is going on with this auction? Why don’t they open the key boxes during preview time? Where did the gate go that used to photograph the cars? Why don’t most vehicles have a scanner connected? Why are some cars listed without photos? Why don’t the cars have lot numbers displayed on preview day? On Friday, the full run list isn’t even uploaded to the website. We purchased a very clean ( from the pics) 2011 BMW 750 li Individual package from this auction without any issues according to the Carmax report. Vehicle arrived from CA to IN with a misfire, 30 plus codes stored, drivetrain malfunction, misfire, limp mode etc. From our experience it would be a money pit and pointless to attack all these issues, we ended up arbitrating.
