UPDATE: We had a fantastic experience purchasing a car at CarMax. We had the car shipped from the Carmax in Ontario. Since we already had a loan prepared, the buying process was smooth and quick. Ian guided us through every step, from test-driving the car to finalizing the purchase. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Why bother making an appointment if you just make people wait for hours. Worst customer service at the maintenance counter as well. I've been buying and servicing my cars from carmax for over 20 years, and this was by far my worst experience with a carmax.
We only want to but cars from CarMax. No hassle and great people to work with. Test drives are easy without all the pressure. They will move a desired car from one location to your closest location free of charge(within a certain distance) and even have a 24 hour test drive offer. I can’t say enough good things about CarMax.
