Didn't like any of the car's
I bought a $33,000 car with a clean car fax and no reported damage. A few hours after purchasing I went to my auto detailer. After just washing the car the detailer informed me that half of the passenger side had been repainted. Not so mint as I was led to believe. I called CarMax immediately and they said they would "look into the file". I was informed that half of the passenger side of a car was indeed repainted. And was repainted at carmax itself. We had an amazing experience working with Jasmine to purchase our BMW i3. She helped us with the whole process and was patient with us with our two children. Thankful for her to make it easy and being able to help us with each step. The rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would come back when we need to buy another car.
