Great experience not at all what I expected , our rep was courteous and knowledgeable and the facility was modern and support staff was very accommodating.
Had a GREAT experience. Was able to get a high trade in offer that wasn't expected. Got me a beautiful Tesla with extremely low miles. Yayyy. Ez experience pretty much from beginning to end. Had a slight hiccup that was corrected and Rich made it happen. I rolled out with the biggest smile on my face. The experience was so ez my friend is going to purchase a vehicle as well. Thanks Carmax and Rich!

The staff there is very patient and professional! They treated me like family . The store was very clean and organized! My sales person was Rick was excellent.
