If its the car you want, go for it but get your own financing, second..... carmax doesn't do basic maintenance items on the vehicle, or at least in my experience... cabin air filter had over 1/4" of crap on top of it, engine air filter was no good...oil wasn't changed. Oh and they just ignore a blown differential that was covered in fluid. Definitely take the car for inspection after purchase. Luckily ours was still under factory warranty so I wasn't on the hook for repairs.
I went to CarMax tonight and sold my car. Jesus was extremely helpful and thought outside the box when we came across a slight "hiccup." He helped me call the bank to get the payout loan amount, and worked through a few more issues. All the while, Jesus was very knowledgeable, courteous, easy to talk to. Jesus took me through each step and stayed very positive throughout the process. Thank you to CarMax, Jesus, and Israel, who helped with the title and paperwork. I appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude.
