No one here knows anything. They bought my corvette handed me a check and said I was good to go. 3 months later I’m getting letters in the mail saying my license is suspended and my registration on all my cars is suspended because because I took insurance off of a car that they own. I called Carmax to discuss what the issue is and the manager was no help whatsoever and insisted that it was because I didnt return the plates when I in fact did. Buying experience was mediocre at best. Salesman needs more training and his nails were disgustingly dirty and I couldn’t unsee them. He forgot to have me sign all forms so I had to waste time and go back. Couple of weeks later found out back windshield wiper did not work and had to take it back! Once there the mechanic discovered windshield wiper fluid leaking due to a broken piece. They do not thoroughly check cars before they are sold and they don’t call out all defects. Buying experience went ok however, after a month the power steering light came on as well as the check engine. Carmax sent a tow to pick up my car to be serviced. After a week, they still dont have any info. Not even a diagnostic report. It should not take over a week just to tell me what is wrong with my car. Horrible experience so far. Would not recommend buying from here at all.
