In the market for another car. Called Saturday night to ask about our ability to walk the lot and see the inventory on the lot on Sunday when they are closed. Sales person told me it’s not possible. I asked if that meant the lot was enclosed in a chain link fence and he told me yes. I immediately looked online at Google street view and could see the lot is accessible to view the inventory. No idea why the sales person would lie about something like that intentionally. On to another dealer now. Thanks Car Max!

Went there Recently after being approved online for a Vehicle for Starters the vehicle I was approved for was there but the Crew couldn’t even find the Key then On top of that Corey w/ Claims of being the manager was very Rude and Assuming and made up issues with my credentials he seem to be Hater if you ask me and Made the process difficult with me as if they were the only Carmax in town . I wouldn’t advise No One to go to this Carmax on rt 22
