My husband & I brought a 2020 Toyota RAV4 on April 10,2025. Bought my last car from car max in Gainesville 8 years ago. 5 star delivery and process. Should’ve stayed with Gainesville. Ocala new location is subpar. From beginning to the end .. sub par. I had a truck shipped here and put on hold and when I decided to buy, they didn’t accept my form of payment . I said well I’ll have another form in 2 days.
