!!!!Warning!!! ⚠️ Never ever set foot into this place. The service department customer service is horrible. I can’t begin to tell you the nightmare that I have been through. From the first time buying a vehicle to getting items fixed. When buying the car the airbag light popped on. Worst customer service experience ever. I barely had my car the first month. Stay far far away from CarMax. Someone needs to address the customer service issue.

I never write a review on a business but I had to this time. I bought a car last night & the sales person that sold me the vehicle was Dee. She was such a pleasure to work with. She & the rest of the staff there were so friendly & helpful. The whole buying experience was a pleasure & i will be recommending Carmax to my family & friends. Thanks to all the staff I appreciate all your help.
I received a quote to sell Carmax my car and a timeframe to respond to the offer. I submitted the necessary documents online and made an appointment at this Ocala, Florida dealership. Emerlyn handled all the paperwork and they wrote me a check for the agreed upon price. No haggling, no hassle, no stress!! They even gave me a Lyft ride home! This was such a wonderful experience, I’ve told all my friends and family about Carmax. Thank you Emerlyn and Carmax!!
After my 2017 Tacoma got totaled out by the insurance company I was looking for another Tacoma. I have owned numerous toppers of truck, but the best I have come across was the Tacoma. I found a 2025 Tacoma with <1,000 miles & all the safety features I was looking for through Carmax in south Florida. I had it shipped here to Ocala to test drive it & possibly purchase it.
