Purchased a car got a new plate and walked off with a new registration. I recently received in the mail a new plate and new registration. I went to car max and asked why I had gotten a new plate and registration, I was told that someone would call me and give me an answer that same day and no one called. I called the next day and was told the business department was closed but the lady on the phone told me I had to go to the DMV and surrender the plate that CarMax had issued me. My wife and I drove 2hrs to get to this location because they were the only location with the car we wanted. We went in late without an appointment and they helped us. Even though my wife was on maternity leave, they did everything they could to get us in a new car and I am forever a customer of Carmax as a result. We are so happy with our new vehicle, and we wouldn't have it without their help. We got denied everywhere else but here.
