My husband and I had a pleasant experience here on September 19! I booked an appointment online to trade in my car and finance a new one, and everything went super smoothly. Jared helped us out and was awesome—he explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I felt confident driving off in my new (to me) car. When my husband’s ready for a new car, this will be our first stop!
Had an old vehicle with some value to it greater than junking it - CARMAX bought it from me - the online process was quick and easy - the in store sale was quick and easy - the people at the store were helpful and professional - they took the vehicle, I took the check…a good day all around…
