The online process was quick and easy. Jared was friendly and quick as well. The entire process from start to finish was easy.
I didn't actually shop at this location but my daughter did. However I've shopped with a different CarMax location through the years, happily purchasing automobiles from them. In my opinion it's always been, and will continue to be, my first and likely only stop when car shopping.
I purchased a vehicle from here and they wouldn't honor an internet price for the vehicle they had. Originally I shipped the vehicle to the Schaumburg location from another state back in November 24 and they agreed to accept an internet price of 72k, even though it was listed at 76k now-MAJOR JUMP ON PRICE RIGHT- unfortunately, my total loss from my other vehicle wasn't complete and I couldn't complete the deal at that great rate. Fast fwd to Feb 25 the same vehicle is still available so I xfr the vehicle back to the Joliet ... read more
