Damaged my car during transit, broke their promise to fix it, and tried to sell the car as-is. This whole thing feels incredibly shady for a company that prides itself on being “honest,” “transparent,” and “putting people first.” I reserved a Mercedes and paid to get it shipped to this store. Never got the same person twice to discuss my purchase. Always had to explain repeatedly what happened. Couldn't get a straight answer or schedule on a really simple 90 day warranty item, wiper blades. This place is a joke.

Sold my car to Carmax. Their offer price was better than Carvana. The process was very easy and quick!
When I went to buy my car (check in hand, appointment scheduled), I stood in the lobby for an hour waiting for a sales rep. After purchase, the brakes started squeaking almost immediately. I called the location, left a voicemail, and never got a response. An independent shop later quoted $1,622 to fix pads and rotors CarMax had marked as “repaired/replaced.” What was presented at sale felt like a misrepresentation of key safety features.
