Best dealership! No pressure at all. We looked at cars with no sales person hovering around. After we found a car we were interested in, we went in and Forest answered all our questions about it. He sent us an app to get pre-approved. There was no haggling, no pressure and we walked out (drove away) with a 2018 Selantra with about 50k miles! The price was a deal! Please, stop here before going car shopping. You will not regret it!
Amazing service with a smile. Made selling process really easy. Gave almost 20% higher value than dealerships I went to. All around great experience. Great for selling vehicle quick but not for value.
I am extremely frustrated with the Oceanside CarMax Service Department. I spoke with the same female representative on the phone and in person for my appointment, yet they had no record of it, forcing me to schedule elsewhere and delaying needed service by another month, all before my vehicle was even identified with its true faults.
