Car max was wonderful, the best experience I have had buying a car. Great staff very friendly.
I enjoyed my experience at carmax I did the bulk of the decision making at home on my phone and when it was time to finalize it took 1 hr from start to finish. What!? No haggling, no back and forth trying to get the best deal. I got a fair price and didn’t waste half my day there trying to get it done. There is a reason they do so well quality customer care, great car selection and a fast process that ends in a full tank of gas and a bow. Previous car buying experiences were always tedious, unnecessarily long and filled with stress. This was the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Quick, easy, everything was very up front, no hidden fees, tons of options for warranties, good customer service and very little wait time.
