Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The process was fast and simple. In about thirty minutes they processed my car and I was out the door with a nice check. They gave significantly more than others.
I have been buying cars for over 40 years and this was the first time I tried CarMax. Their offer for my car was better than any other local dealership and the price of the vehicle I was looking for was the best around. Their process is simple, no sales pressure and extremely easy. I had my doubts, but they have proven to me that they're reputable and easy to work with.
It was excellent from arriving early for appointment, trade-in appraisal, test driving several models, not being pushed into things we didn't need during the financial portion of the sale. Highly recommend! Salesperson was spectacular
