The entire process seemed too good to be true! Everything was easy, went very smoothly, and the staff members were fantastic. I was waiting to discover a catch, but that never happened.

I bought a car from them in December 2024. The first issue I had was during signing I asked if all title fees would be covered as I live in a different state and was told I would have no out of pocket fees. I was told I would have no out of pocket costs for this process only to find out I was short by over $300. The second issue was that somehow there ended up being a dent on the back end of the car.
