False advertisement, things they tell you on the phone when you get there, it’s a whole different story, and I hate the customer service, the one in Royal Palm Beach, location, bad business

Update 03/16/2026 Talked with corporate, who was very helpful and resolved the issue. Is CarMax an easy and transparent dealership to work with? Not in my experience. My experience with Carmax was not great, especially after the sale. On the positive side, they quickly brought a vehicle I was looking at from Ft. Lauderdale to the Royal Palm location.
