this is the third time we’ve used Carmax to sell a car And the experience was flawless our customer specialist,Mark Folds was Very polite and informative we were well treated and after a few minutes, they came back with a price to see if we were in agreement with it. We were and Mark proceeded to do a more in depth review of our car and the price remain the same so we did the deal.
