My experience with CarMax great experience I bought two vehicles from them and the manager at the Niagara Falls Boulevard store is a great man stood by his word thank you very much 👍🏻
1 pm nobody on lot. Cars were very old and dirty. Lot was gated and access to cars was hard to get to. People like to perus lots to see the vehicles. Most vehicles had no price listed. Labels were hard to read.
Jesse Johnson at Carmax was INCREDIBLE. Really easy to talk too, didnt "SELL" me on anything. Listened to what I could afford, what I was looking for, what I could payment wise, and showed me as she helped with options. Was honest on which vehicle she would go with but didnt push me on anything. And I ended up getting a better vehicle than I though possible. None of this would have happened without Jesse's help. Carmax made buying a car not feel like buying one, and I was shocked how easy it all was.
Stopped over day after getting online quote and the local branch met the online quote without question based on answering questions earnestly at time of quote offer. Associates at my local branch were highly professional and fit me in their schedule even though I had not made an appointment. Very happy with my experience and the people at Carmax. A great no haggle experience along with very reasonable offer provided by Carmax leading to selling my vehicle to them.
