When you buy a used vehicle there are always risk. I can't say enough good things about this location! We bought a vehicle and had it shipped to Buffalo. After we had it for a little while we had some problems that surfaced. Thankfully it was still covered under the CarMax 4000 mile warranty. They gladly helped us through the process the team worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of. I arrived for my test drive appointment expecting to come back the following day to complete the sales transaction. My sales agent, Emily Kihl, was outstanding. She made the process seamless that same day. Insurance transfer was handled over the phone with my insurance agent. Title and registration transfer went smoothly and I had a printed temporary registration to tape on the windshield. The new registration arrived in the mail a few days later. (CarMax Amherst, NY location).
