First 2 vehicles purchased there both had problems....prices are over inflated...sales staff never identified themselves in text...texts sound angry/threatening... missing car history....low mileage listing with multiple owners doesn't add up??...service isn't good
This review is for Carmax in general. I had a car delivered from Ohio to the Buffalo office. Upon checking the lights I found the car had two different tail light lenses. If they really do the 125+ inspection that would have been noticed. Do not trust their inspection.

We weren't happy with our visit. I feel they used a teaser number to get us there then lowered it when we were there 'in the door'. They had access to everything with a VIN number but adjusted their offer when we were on site after driving over an hour. I concede that I may have checked the wrong trim package unknowingly but they certainly had all that information and attempted a 'bait and switch/' low ball offer once we were there.
