2nd time I have purchased from CarMax and both times were excellent experiences. I really don't know why anyone would buy from anywhere else. Martin, the store manager, was particularly helpful, efficient, and engaging. I'll be back.... in 2-3 years! That said, the Service experience was very poor. Great and quick experience with no pressure from Mark. My car was deemed a total loss and he got us in and out while being satisfied with our purchase. I knew what I wanted and he helped guide the process along easily. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend Mark and will come back to him for any car purchases in the future as well as direct anyone I know on the market for a car to visit him!
