When I bought my car, the bumper was not attached correctly and they promised to fix it which it still isn’t fixed. They had to repaint and the pain it chipping. I took it to a reputable car shop and they said the paint is chipping due to not being finished by car max correctly. Don’t ever let them paint your car and if there is damage to the bumper don’t buy the car they won’t fix it
We bought three cars from them in three years. One for each of our children and one for me. Everything was going good until we needed their service department for my daughter’s car, which has their MaxCare plan, and when I brought up some mechanical issues with my car three weeks after purchasing it. Basically it’s their word against mine, their inspection against a dealership inspection, and their fix vs. a third party fix. So much for being a three-peat customer.
I have purchased 8 cars from Clackamas CarMax the people there are awesome and the reason I keep coming back today i purchased a 2024 Lexus es 350 and it took just over 2 hours to complete my purchase Thanks Greg
