I returned a car to CarMax Corpus Christi, Tx. When I left with the car 2 days prior I put a down payment on it. When I returned it I expected the money back immediately. Apparently, you have to wait 10 buisness day so they can issue a check by MAIL! well, here I am 10 buisness days later & no refund. When I called to inquire about it I was told they had to research where my refund was. They are quick to take your money, but not so quick to return it!!
Extremely lazy staff….as a transporter came in to pick up 3 customer transfers only to have me wait over an hour for 1 guy to get back from lunch all the mean while everyone else is just chatting it up about the weather. I can just imagine what the car buying experience is here.
