Very professional people work there
Overall I was satisfied with the car buying process, however it could be improved. A lot of the process is done online - do it yourself, book your appointment arrive at the CARMAX check in, when I finally spoke to a person they had little idea what stage of the process I was at - the car i purchased was shipped from Florida - the information on that was never updated quick enough - said it had left and then no real updates until it arrived - even after calling CARMAX and speaking with somebody, who told me what it said onlin... read more
