Never go to CarMax in Lancaster. Quick synopsis: - they lost the car - GPS tracker said it was across the street at Walmart at least since 3am - from the time I got there until they found the car and brought it up, it was 45 minutes. - the advertisement showed one little, barely perceptible scratch - the reality was the car had a half dozen points of damage including massive discoloration of the rear bumper on one side and damage nearly the size of a basketball on the other side - interior was completely scratched up and had... read more
In short: a very friendly team and we found a quality car. Some parts of the car buying process was streamlined, but we found some of it frustrating. For example, we had made an appointment to test drive the car and then had to wait close to an hour for team to allow us to test drive the car. Still, the manager and Dustin provided professional attention and care and we would recommend this establishment.
