I purchased a GMC Denali from the Covington, LA store on December 10th, 2024. I had to return the vehicle on December 20th, 2024 due to the fact it had a bad engine. I put $5000.00 as a down payment, and to date over a month later CarMax will not return my down payment. I have requested numerous times to the Covington business office, and have been told time and time again that they were waiting for Carmax to issue a check.
