I will never do business or recommend Carmax again. I purchased 1 vehicle, said it had a Smart key, it didn't- said there were 2 keys, there wasn't- said it had Navigation, it didn't work (125 point inspection). They said to take the car to an Audi dealership, pay to have the Nav fixed, and we will reimburse you. I called Audi, they said $700 to $1000! So, I went back to Carmax, they said they won't pay for that, but they would buy a pre-programmed SD card, if I would spit the cost with them!! So, I traded it back in, at a d... read more
