I ordered a vehicle 3 weeks ago still yet to be delivered. No one from this location has yet to even call me to explain the process. I called in twice. First time I received a gentleman in sales who placed me on hold for 20 minutes then hung up. No call back.. Nice. Second time I called in 5 days later, I spoke with a female in sales who was incredibly unapologetic. Working in sales.. Nice. I believe I was given a fair price for my vehicle. They did not try to haggle me down and honored my instant quote. I am satisfied with the experience.

I have purchased many vehicles from Carmax. This is the first time I had issues with how clean the vehicle was. This vehicle was not deep cleaned. There was tobacco odor and garbage left in door pockets. Windshield was smeared. Sales people were great. Very nice and patient. Prices are "ok" compared to competition.

Had a great experience working with Troy and Gene! Was able to quickly and efficiently purchase a new vehicle with no pressure. Troy made sure I was aware of all the vehicles that met my requirements and Gene easily got me through the paperwork. Appreciate them both and would definitely work with them again.
