It took THREE WEEKS to get there. During those three weeks, getting a straight answer about where the vehicle was or when it would arrive was nearly impossible. I want to give a huge shoutout to CarMax Lubbock for going above and beyond to make things right! This was hands down one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve had in a very long time! After purchasing my vehicle, I brought up concerns about uneven tire wear. Not only did they perform an alignment, but they also replaced all four tires!
