Bought a car there by in November. Front brakes, air conditioner and starter had to bra replaced. Thankfully it all happened within 3 month warranty otherwise it would have cost me over 2,000 to fix. When I spoke to the manager he claims the cars come from auction and they do not check. They only check exterior. Definitely not how they present it when purchasing from them. I would not recommend!

From the start of my car purchase to the moment I was handed the keys, the experience could not have been better! I found the car I wanted but it was in NM, I really wasn’t sure if I wanted to drive there to purchase a car sight unseen but carmax had it brought to Lubbock which was a more doable drive for me. Danielle was a lot of fun to work with which made the whole process stress free. I’ve been driving my car about a month and love it!
I told the sales people many times that the payoff should go to a different company at a different address, but they didn’t listen. I went in the end of February and it is now the end of March. The loan company for the vehicle I traded in still has not received the payment. I ended up having to make another payment on a vehicle I no longer had.
