Nightmare, that is the best way to describe dealing with Carmax Nashville. They sold us a SUV for about $23,000 that has been in an accident, was not properly repaired and the accident was not disclosed to us. We bought a 2012 Ford Explorer with 18,500 miles on it. Almost immediately we realized that every time it rains water leaks into the SUV. That plus the weather stripping was ripped up and the door had issues closing. Very nice and pleasant people. Smile and real nice as they are really trying to rip you off. They don't offer you auction price, they don't offer you scrap price. Don't waste your time starting or stopping here.
I really want to brag on the service department and the service manager! I have had to bring my car in for minor repairs after I purchased my Nissan Altima. They were NEVER hesitant about fixing my car and made sure I was happy with it! I LOVE this place and will ALWAYS go to carmax Hoover to buy my cars!!!! Thank you guys!

great people! recently purchased a used car from them and was 100 percent satisfied. I did find a minor problem after the 30 day warranty was up but i spoke with a carmax service rep. and the are fixing my car at no cost to me! any other dealership wouldve said you are out of luck, or blew it off. carmax will definately be around for a long time with service like this.
