My mother had a horrendous experience here. She was not allowed to purchase a new vehicle, because her former abusive partner was on the title. He had legally signed it over to her, and you refused to sell it to her because she “needed her husband here”. What is wrong with you???? Is this the 1950s???? You could have put her in danger by your refusal to treat her as her own person. I will never shop here, and I will openly badmouth you to everyone I know. How misogynistic and embarrassing.
Fabulous experience! I actually started with a competitor who drastically changed the payout for my car when I was off by 50 miles in reporting my odometer. Luckily, I complained to my family about it, and they said they had a better experience with CarMax. So I decided to try them. I cannot give CarMax enough stars for my whole experience from start to finish. They are the only option for me from now on!
