October 2025: Because of the exceptional service I received from Carmax in the past, I decided to do my oil changes through them. @CARMAX, the way you all handle business with my mom when she bought the car was great until the car broke down on her after having it 1year and some change. Carmax had my mom purchase an extended warranty, just for that extended warranty to be garbage and no help at all!!!! I got approve for a car and had it shipped to this carmax. I was going head work so I had to do express pickup and mind you I already WAS APPROVED & know my monthly payment and got insurance for the vehicle! I get there the lady with the pink hair request that I do another credit application when i already was approve b4 I payed my shipping money to transfer.
