This was my first time visiting CarMax after traveling from Georgia, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The manager greeted us with a rushed and unwelcoming attitude, which made me feel dismissed from the start. When I returned to ask a few questions, he was still just as unapproachable and hurried, only pointing out that we didn’t have an appointment and that they were about to close. As a first-time customer, I expected a friendlier and more professional experience.
