Buyer beware I bought a 2014 Subaru Forester a little more than 6 months ago from CarMax for 14k (btw KBB in perfect condition is 8k for this car) Since I got the car I had to take it in 6 times to have issues fixed in the first 3 months. They swear up and down that they do a 120 point inspection but told me they can't catch everything. DO NOT BOTHER CALLING - CALL CENTER IS TERRIBLE I called because I was interested in trading my car in. Literally just interested in it, wanted information. So I called and was directed to a call center who was clearly not in the area, so I asked them if it would be easier if I came in to talk to someone in person - they said no. Literally dont waste your time going to dealerahips that say they want to buy your car. Just go to Carmax. Probably wont ever deal with a dealership again. So easy, honest and simple.
