BUYER BEWARE!! Great customer service good cars, but read over your warranty. They have all those fun pictures of what they will cover which was alot and very inticing. According to the warranty company Maxcare, somewhere in your paperwork Carmax does not tell you an important part of your warranty. They will pay for the part, but at minimal cost to them instead of using an OEM part. So if you have a luxury car like I do they will only do used or aftermarket whichever cheapest. Ryan at Carmax Spokane Valley went above and beyond to provide incredible customer service while I was purchasing my car. He took time and care to help me through the process, never made me feel pressured like most car dealers, and was available at the drop of a hat to answer questions and provide support. It was my first time buying through Carmax and I will certainly recommend him to others after our great experience!
Approcal conditions were changed, somehow between all of the various salesman I had interacted with, none of them bothered to reach out and tell me before I loaded up an entire family to have to turn around and leave. Will not attempt to do business here again.
