I had an excellent experience with Spokane Carmax...they couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating...Kenna was my point person, and she was on it! I had to bring it back in for something that broke not their fault...... They immediately replaced it.No questions asked and replaced something else.... The service department people were awesome also, everyone was just so nice.I can't say enough good about Spokane Carmax.. WT
Refused to sign a certificate of fact confirming their offer on a vehicle as requested by the DMV. A legal document that can literally be found on the DMV website. Seemed very uninterested in actually helping.
