I bought a car from Car Max last week. The key fob has stopped opening properly which concerned me. (I am a full time care giver for my husband with advanced Akzheimers, so getting stuck somewhere with a fob that doesn't open is not an option.) I was told they only provide one key, and since it is "working" they can't do anything for me. Not happy!
Great 👍🏼 was taken care of without any hassle, it really was smooth and easy.
Terrible service, other location is much better.
