Good people, friendly ambiance, super smooth process, fast and easy.
One of the worst dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Their process is terrible and communication is extremely poor. We were given different information by different managers, and everything took far longer than it should have. The repair department was especially frustrating. Even though we showed them our full-coverage insurance, they made us come back multiple times and still didn’t provide the loaner car as they had promised. This is the worst dealership in the world don’t ever get a car from them. I was approved for express pick up verify license verified insurance for that car mind you I’m a single mother with three kids needing a car. They told me everything was good. I was good for express pick up. I even signed all the papers online. Had an amazing experience at CarMax! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. They made the car buying process stress-free and fun. The selection of vehicles was impressive, and the prices were competitive. I appreciated the transparency and no-haggle pricing. My salesperson was great at answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend CarMax Sugar Land!
