My appointment was at 6 pm, I arrived at 5:50 pm to sell my car. I already got a carmax appraisal. It is 7:25 pm now and still no updates. What is the point of making an appointment if nobody helps you until late???
Horrible experience... Working a guy named Jorge. He was completely disinterested. I came to test drive a Honda Ridgeline. Dude didn't know anything about the vehicle. We got in to test drive and be couldn't get off the lot. Didn't bring the fob to get off the lot. Didn't engage with me whatsoever... I've purchased a rav years ago their... I called them to let the manager know how my experience was and some lady with an English accent went to get the manager and didn't come back to the phone.. I did a review on this Carmax because I got help here and they were great but this time I was not greeted and the lady in front was not nice to me and I was already having a bad day things just got worse. She didn’t want to help me just shove me off to the scheduling guy to make an appointment which I was then told there isn’t any and I would have to go somewhere else. I’m very disappointed in the service department.
