Well Tony. H gets a five , just a few days ago i went to purchase my 2nd vehicle here, very pleasant young man to work with. My transaction was completed by Tre who was also awesome & offered great customer service as well & made the process smoother. My 1st car was a BMW & my 2nd car is alil Challenger. Thankful for it being a smooth process.
Black mirror should write an episode about this place. It gives an eerie glimpse behind the current to put a spot light on how humans have organized themselves to distribute scarce resources in an organized way that gives the illusion that we live in anything but a well ordered caste system. This place is full of people trying their best.
So, very disappointed on July 29th 2025 I purchased or I should say financed, a 2018 Nissan murano., with approximately 75000 miles. I began to hear a loud ticking. I was quoted, By three Tesla, wanted to give me 15K, car max 19600, and carvanna 21 plus go to rover dealership. Pristine 2018 Range Rover velar. staff was very friendly. No BS left with a check and a free ride from Lyft. Amazing. I'll be back to buy my second Tesla. After this crazy market settles down. Thank you carmax.
The service center had excellent customer service, great communication and did great work on my car at a fair price. I will only be taking my car here for service. I love how they accommodate busy people by allowing customers to drop their car off after hours or before opening. My only recommendation would be to have the option to communicate with clients via text message.
