We took a car in to get a price and were very pleased at the amount CarMax was willing to purchase the vehicle. Brit was fantastic and we are planning to buy a vehicle very soon from this location. Brit is a big reason why we will be coming back.

Very poor customer from the Salesmen and Manager. This was a bad experience purchasing a car. The car was sold to me with scratches and dirty. I was told different stories a couple of times regarding. One Advisor by the name of Ryan was not good. He seems lazy and not know how to do his when it comes for customers. His words changed on me last week turning out to be a difference story. His Manager was poor on not helping out with that. I will be seeking the Owner that is over him which I am sure there is.
