My wife needed to sell her car and we didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to sell it online. It was a 2019 Nissan Rogue, but only had 32,000 miles on it. I looked it up on KBB to see what the price would be if I sold it. CarMax took about 30 minutes and came to within $500 of the KBB price. It could not have been easier and more hassle free to deal with.
Sold my wife a car, and gave her the wrong license plates, and no registration. Now they don’t want to fix it. We are contacting our financing company to assist. There could be some serious legal issues here. Go to car max and you’re screwed!
This is our 2nd car buying experience at Carmax Jersey Village. I am so happy with the amazing, helpful staff. Elsa, Patrick & James, Brooklyn you guys are awesome and I would encourage anyone who needs a vehicle to come here. You will be greatly appreciated that you did!
